Most ministry leaders I've met are carrying a calling that is absolutely real — confirmed in prayer, confirmed in community, confirmed in the quiet moments when God won't let them rest — and yet they're stuck. Not because the vision isn't clear enough. Not because they don't love God or love people. They're stuck because no one ever taught them how to build the thing God told them to build. How to make it legal. How to make it financially sustainable. How to structure a board, manage a team, design a program, write a grant, handle a crisis, or plan a launch without losing their minds or their faith in the process.
