Welcome — I'm so glad you're here, and I don't believe you arrived by accident.
I founded NorthStar Institute of Psychology & Wellness because I experienced firsthand the gap between traditional clinical training and the deeper, whole-person healing that so many of our communities desperately need. I've spent years studying and practicing across the spectrum — from academic counseling psychology to metaphysical and biblical therapeutic frameworks, from integrative health science to the pastoral arts — and I built this institute to bring all of that under one roof.
My mission is simple: to equip a new generation of healers who are scientifically grounded, spiritually aware, and practically ready. I've seen what happens when people are seen and treated as whole beings, not just a diagnosis or a symptom — and it is transformational.
