I know what it feels like to stand up on a Sunday morning knowing the sermon isn't quite there.

You've done the work. You've read the text, you've prayed over it, you've written your notes. But somewhere between the study and the platform something didn't come together — and you could feel it while you were preaching. The congregation was polite. A few people said "good word." But you walked off knowing the message didn't land the way it should have. That feeling is not a sign that you're in the wrong calling. It is a sign that you are taking the calling seriously enough to want more.

That is exactly why I built this school. Preaching is one of the most demanding and most important acts any leader will ever undertake — and yet most of us were handed a Bible, given a pulpit, and expected to figure it out week after week, largely alone. We were told the Spirit would fill in the gaps, and He does — but He also gave us minds to train, voices to develop, and habits of preparation to build. The craft matters. It matters to you, and it matters to the people God has put in front of you.

What this school gives you is the complete framework, from the ground up: how to sit with a text and hear what it is actually saying before you say anything about it; how to build a message with a single ruling idea and a structure that holds; how to use language that makes abstract truth land in a concrete, human way; how to inhabit the room with a presence and a voice that carries genuine weight. And then — because preachers are people too — how to build a preparation rhythm that sustains you for the long haul without costing you your soul.

I haven't written this for the preacher who wants to perform. I've written it for the preacher who wants to serve — who wants to stand before a congregation with something real to say and the skill to say it in a way that actually reaches people. That preacher deserves real formation, not just tips. That is what you will find here.

If you are ready to close the gap between the preacher you are and the preacher you were made to be, I am glad you're here. Let's get to work.
