Know Yourself Before You Build Anything
Most productivity systems fail because they're built on assumptions about how you should work, not how you actually do. This foundational module helps you audit your real energy patterns, work style, and past system failures — so everything you build from here is grounded in self-knowledge, not aspiration.
- 1.1Your Productivity AutopsyIncluded
- 1.2Mapping Your Energy ArchitectureIncluded
- 1.3Defining Your Productivity North StarIncluded
Build a Capture System You'll Actually Use
A trusted capture system is the first physical layer of your productivity framework. This module teaches you to collect every commitment, idea, and task reliably — without creating a second job managing your inboxes. You'll leave with a lean, unified capture workflow that fits your real life.
- 2.1The One-Inbox PrincipleIncluded
- 2.2Triage Without OverwhelmIncluded
- 2.3Designing Your Task List ArchitectureIncluded
Prioritise with Ruthless Clarity
Knowing what to do next is the hardest productivity skill — and the one most systems skip. This module gives you a concrete, repeatable prioritisation method that accounts for urgency, importance, energy, and your real constraints, so you always know what deserves your best attention.
- 3.1The Hidden Cost of Everything on Your ListIncluded
- 3.2Choosing Your Daily Top ThreeIncluded
- 3.3Saying No as a Productivity StrategyIncluded
Design Your Schedule Around Reality
Time-blocking and batching are powerful — but only when built around your actual constraints, not an idealised empty calendar. This module teaches you to design a working schedule that respects your energy architecture, your non-negotiables, and the unpredictability of real work.
- 4.1Time-Blocking That Survives Contact with Real LifeIncluded
- 4.2Batching and Theming for Deep FocusIncluded
- 4.3Protecting Deep Work in a Distracted WorldIncluded
Eliminate Friction and Build System Resilience
Even well-designed systems break under stress, illness, travel, or heavy workload. This module teaches you to identify and remove the hidden friction points that cause your system to quietly collapse — and to build recovery mechanisms so disruption never becomes derailment.
- 5.1Friction Mapping Your Current WorkflowIncluded
- 5.2Designing for Your Bad DaysIncluded
The Weekly Review: Keep Your System Alive
A productivity system without a review ritual is a GPS without signal — you lose your position and drift. This final module installs a weekly review habit that closes loops, resets your priorities, and evolves your system as your goals and circumstances change. This is what separates people who maintain their system from everyone who abandons theirs.
- 6.1Anatomy of a Powerful Weekly ReviewIncluded
- 6.2Turning Your Review into a Learning LoopIncluded
- 6.3Staying Calm on Your Hardest DaysIncluded

A note from your teacher
Cassi Gardei
I know what it's like to have a calendar that looks productive and still feel like you're spinning your wheels. For years I collected systems the way some people collect cookbooks — admiring them, trying a recipe or two, then putting them on the shelf when real life got messy. GTD, time-blocking, the Ivy Lee method, colour-coded Notion dashboards that took longer to maintain than the work they were supposed to organise. Sound familiar?
The turning point for me wasn't finding the perfect system. It was realising that no system designed by someone else would ever fit me perfectly — because they didn't know my energy patterns, my commitments, my tendency to overcommit on Monday and crash by Thursday. I had to stop borrowing and start building.
What I've developed over years of experimentation — and what I now teach — is a process for designing your own productivity framework from first principles. Not a set of rules to follow, but a way of thinking about your time, your attention, and your priorities that you can apply again and again, no matter what changes in your life.
The students who've gone through this material tell me the biggest shift isn't in how much they get done — it's in how they feel at the end of the day. Less guilty. Less reactive. More like the author of their own schedule rather than a passenger in it.
If you've tried the popular systems and found them wanting, you're not broken — you just haven't built your system yet. That's exactly what we're here to do. I'd love to help you build it.
