I know what it feels like to have purpose somewhere in your chest but no real map for getting it out into the world. I also know that most of the resources available — the business courses, the vision-board workshops, the career assessments — tend to answer only half the question. They either go deep into the soul work and leave you inspired but directionless, or they hand you a business framework with no roots in who you actually are. Purpose & Legacy Lab was born from my conviction that this is a false choice. That the most powerful, sustainable ventures — the ones that create real impact and genuine legacy — are built when inner clarity and outer strategy grow from the same soil.

That's why this program fuses two wisdom traditions I hold deeply: Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy of purposeful living, and Sankofa, the Akan principle of drawing on your ancestry and lived experience to navigate forward. Neither of these is a trend or a metaphor. They are time-tested, culturally rich frameworks for understanding what a life well-lived actually looks like — and together, they create something I haven't found anywhere else: a way to locate your purpose not in the abstract, but in the specific texture of your story, your strengths, your heritage, and your particular moment in history.
