  • Apply a prayerful, Scripture-anchored discernment process to choose a faithful direction that honors your current season, responsibilities, and resources.

  • Use the Review framework to honestly evaluate progress, learn from setbacks without shame, and revise your plan with faith and flexibility.

A Welcome from Kimberly J. Lewis, M.Div.

Kimberly J. Lewis M.Div.

Kimberly J. Lewis M.Div.

I want to begin with something I believe with my whole heart: wherever you are right now is a legitimate starting point. You do not have to have everything figured out to take your next faithful step.

Through virtual counseling sessions and one-on-one coaching conversations, I have connected with people carrying a familiar weight—the feeling that they should know their purpose by now, that everyone else has found their direction, or that wanting clarity somehow reflects a lack of faith. I have felt that weight myself. Through Scripture, reflection, and the work of helping people move forward, I have come to understand purpose as a direction we learn to walk in faithfully, one season at a time.

That conviction is at the heart of Purpose & Goals. I created this school to help you ground your identity in something deeper than achievement, recognize the gifts and meaningful patterns in your life, and thoughtfully choose your next steps. Our six-stage learning journey—Ground, Discover, Discern, Design, Act, and Review—brings Scripture-grounded reflection together with practical planning.

This school invites you to participate in your own growth. Take time with the questions. Make room for prayer and honest reflection. Your purpose statement will be shaped by your story, your current season, and your understanding of how you are called to serve. Your goals will reflect your actual responsibilities, resources, and capacity.

And when life changes, you will have a process for reviewing and adjusting your plans with grace. Progress can include pausing, asking for support, or choosing a different next step. Your worth remains steady through it all.

If you are seeking greater clarity and a practical way forward, I would be honored to guide you through this learning experience. Come as you are. We will begin where you are today.
