Who it's for

Is this you?

The Retail Owner

She runs a product-based storefront where Q4 is make-or-break, and she's done letting inventory gaps and under-trained seasonal staff eat her margin.

The Service Business Operator

He leads a service team that maxes out every November and needs a staffing, scheduling, and capacity plan that actually survives the surge.

The Faith-Based Entrepreneur

He takes stewardship seriously and wants a preparation framework that matches his values — rigorous, diligent, and built to honor the opportunity.

The Seasoned Leader Ready to Level Up

She's survived enough Q4s to know that winging it has a ceiling, and she's ready to trade the scramble for a documented, repeatable system.

The Team Leader

He manages a growing team and needs clear roles, escalation paths, and a Team Alignment Meeting that gets everyone rowing in the same direction before peak season hits.

The Growth-Stage Founder

Her business is bigger than it was last Q4, which means last year's approach won't hold — she needs a system that scales with her volume and protects her cash flow.

If you've made it through a Q4 before, you already know what it costs. The late nights. The team stretched thin. The customer you let down because you ran out of capacity. The margin that looked great on the top line until you paid for all the overtime and the rush shipments and the ad spend that wasn't planned — just panicked.

And if you're honest, you probably told yourself afterward: next year we're going to be more prepared. I'm guessing this might be that next year.

I built Q4 Ready™ because I kept seeing the same pattern in business after business — owners and leaders who were talented, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing right by their teams and their customers, but who treated Q4 preparation as something they'd "get to" once things slowed down. Things never slowed down. And so they entered the most important season of the year with hope as their primary strategy. Hope is not a plan.

What I know is this: preparation is not optional at scale. If you are asking your business, your team, and your customers to show up for peak season, you owe it to all of them to show up first — with clarity, with systems, and with a plan that can actually hold under pressure. That's not a productivity hack. That's stewardship. It's the discipline of taking seriously what you've been given to lead.

This course walks you through everything I wish someone had handed me in a structured system: how to audit where you actually stand, how to stress-test your operations before a surge does it for you, how to build a revenue and marketing plan that isn't just wishful thinking, how to get your team genuinely aligned — not just informed — and how to protect the financial gains you work so hard to earn. And then how to finish the year with intention instead of just relief.

You don't have to be a big business to do this well. You just have to be willing to lead like one. If that's you, I want to help you build the Q4 you've been capable of all along. Let's get to work.
