Make everything you've built work for the life you actually want
The Resilient Life Plan is a structured, reflective course for midlife adults and couples who are ready to stop running on autopilot—and start intentionally aligning their money, assets, time, and energy with the life they're trying to live right now.

"Everything you've built should be working for you—and I'll show you exactly how to find out if it is."
— Pia Lipscomb King

- Evaluate every major asset—home, investment property, business, career capital, savings—and decide what to keep, grow, reposition, simplify, or release.
- Distinguish between income that requires your daily labor and income generated by what you've already built, and map a realistic path toward greater alignment.
- Navigate major midlife decisions—housing, geographic flexibility, entrepreneurship, legacy, and caregiving—using structured reflection tools and real-world case studies.
- Complete a personalized 1-Year, 3-Year, and 5-Year Resilient Life Plan that integrates your finances, relationships, health, and desired lifestyle into one coherent, actionable roadmap.

Pia Lipscomb King
If you're reading this, I'd guess you're not someone who needs to be convinced that planning matters. You've been planning—and executing—for most of your adult life. You're accomplished. You're probably also a little tired. And somewhere underneath the calendar and the responsibilities and the financial accounts that look fine on paper, there's a question you keep almost asking yourself: Is this actually the life I want?
That question deserves more than a retirement calculator.
I built The Resilient Life Plan because I kept having the same conversation—with professionals, with entrepreneurs, with couples who had done everything right and still felt like their life was running them instead of the other way around. What they needed wasn't more accumulation. They needed alignment. They needed language for what they were feeling, frameworks for the decisions in front of them, and a structured way to look honestly at what they'd built and ask: does this still serve me? What do I keep? What do I release? What does enough actually look like for me—not in the abstract, but in real numbers and real choices?
This course is my answer to that conversation. It's warm, but it doesn't flinch. We do real financial work here—the Four-Cost Audit, the Enough Point calculation, the Asset Alignment Review—because vague reflection without honest numbers doesn't actually change anything. But we also do the harder, quieter work: naming the season you're in, examining whose expectations have been shaping your decisions, and giving yourself permission to want something different. Or to confirm that what you have is exactly right—once you've actually chosen it, rather than just inherited it by default.
You'll work through housing decisions, investment real estate, business ownership, caregiving, geographic flexibility, legacy—the real decisions that midlife actually hands you. You'll do it with structured tools, grounded case studies, and a clear framework that holds all of it together. And you'll finish with a Resilient Life Plan that's genuinely yours: a 1-Year, 3-Year, and 5-Year roadmap that pulls your money, your relationships, your health, and your lifestyle vision into one coherent, actionable picture.
You've built a lot. Let's make sure it's building the life you actually want to live. I'm glad you're here.
