That's exactly why I built Restore & Thrive. Not as a collection of wellness tips, but as a real, structured path that starts with understanding — your nervous system, your specific burnout patterns, the cognitive loops and relational dynamics quietly draining your tank — and builds from there into practical, lasting change. I wanted to create the resource I wish had existed when I was in the thick of it myself: something that took the science seriously, skipped the toxic positivity, and actually trusted you to handle the real work.
