Six rigorous, immediately actionable modules — covering SaaS metrics, pricing, retention, GTM, team scaling, and investor financials — built specifically for founders and operators in India and South Asia who are done winging it.

"Every number on your dashboard is either a decision or an excuse — I'll teach you to make it a decision."— Freddy Foster

Who it's for
Is this you?
Early-stage SaaS founders
You have initial traction and MRR but need rigorous frameworks to price right, reduce churn, and prepare for your first institutional raise.
Series A operators
You've raised and now need to build the cross-functional operating rhythm — metrics, GTM, and team structure — that justifies the next round.
SaaS product managers
You're expected to influence pricing, align roadmap to NRR, and speak the language of revenue — this school gives you that cross-functional fluency.
Customer success leaders
You want to reposition CS as a revenue function — owning retention, expansion ARR, and upsell — not just a support cost centre.
First-time Chief of Staffs
You're running the operating rhythm of a scaling SaaS team and need the full-stack business vocabulary to drive decisions across product, sales, and finance.
Revenue and growth leads
You own pipeline and CAC efficiency and need a structured GTM architecture — from ICP sharpening to closed-won analysis — to make growth repeatable.

A note from your teacher
Freddy Foster
If you're reading this, I'm guessing you've had at least one of these moments: you're in a board meeting and someone asks about your CAC payback period and you give a number you're not fully confident in. Or your MRR has been roughly flat for two quarters and you can't isolate whether it's a churn problem, a pricing problem, or a pipeline problem. Or you're about to raise and your financial model has a set of assumptions in it that you quietly hope no one stress-tests too hard.
Those aren't failures of intelligence. They're failures of framework. Most of us who build SaaS companies in India figure out the business side by trial and error — by surviving bad months, by reverse-engineering what the good Western playbooks say and trying to adapt them to a market where ACVs are different, talent is different, and investors ask different questions. That's how I learned, and it's inefficient and expensive.
What I've built in this school is the operating system I wish I'd had earlier. It's not theory — it's the actual decision stack of a SaaS operator: how to price without guessing, how to read your dashboard so that every number points to an action, how to build a retention engine that makes NRR a competitive advantage rather than an anxiety metric, how to design a GTM motion that is efficient and repeatable rather than just hustle, and how to build the financial narrative that makes a sophisticated investor say "they know their business."
Every module is direct and precise. I'm not going to over-explain what ARR means — you know what ARR means. What I will do is show you how to build a pricing model that maximises it, a team structure that protects it, and a board deck that credibly defends its growth trajectory. The curriculum is sequenced the way a real SaaS P&L works: metrics first, then pricing, then retention, then GTM, then the org, then the financials. Because that's the order in which the decisions compound.
I built this specifically for Indian and South Asian SaaS operators because the context matters. Pricing localisation, hiring in a market where great SaaS talent is contested, and fundraising for founders who are building for global scale from Bengaluru or Mumbai or Pune — these aren't footnotes here, they're inside the lessons.
If you're ready to run your business with the same rigour you bring to your product, this is where you start.
