What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Distinguish discipline from punishment and explain — in your own words — how each affects a child's brain, attachment, and long-term behavior.
  • Identify the inherited parenting reactions and generational patterns you bring into conflict moments with your child.
  • Manage your own anger, stress, and triggers so you can pause and respond deliberately instead of reacting out of fear or frustration.
  • Set firm, consistent boundaries and deliver real consequences without yelling, threats, hitting, shaming, or humiliation.
  • Repair trust and reconnect with your child after conflict, restoring the relationship without surrendering structure or authority.
  • Build a written Family Discipline Blueprint that anchors your home in safety, accountability, mutual respect, and emotional security.

If you're here, I want to say something to you before we get into anything else: it takes real courage to look at the way you're parenting and decide you want it to be different. Not because you're a bad parent — but because you love your child enough to ask hard questions about what's actually working, and what might be doing harm you never intended.

I know what it's like to be in the middle of a conflict with a child and feel something rise up in you that you don't fully recognize — and don't fully control. That reaction often isn't really about this child, in this moment. It's older than that. It was handed to you before you had any say in the matter. And until you look at it clearly, it keeps running the show.

That's the heart of what Sacred Trust Parenting is about. We start with what a child actually is — a sacred trust placed in your care — and we build from there. We look honestly at what fear does to a developing brain and a growing heart. We trace the patterns you inherited and learn to meet your own triggers before they meet your child. And then — and this is the part I care about most — we replace what you're walking away from with something real and strong. Firm limits. Consistent structure. Consequences that teach. Repair that restores. A family culture your child will carry forward with them for the rest of their life.

This is not a course that asks you to be soft. I'm not interested in permissiveness — and I suspect you aren't either. What I am interested in is discipline that actually works: not compliance driven by fear, but self-regulation, responsibility, and trust grown from a relationship that is safe. The research on child development is clear about what fear-based parenting costs a child. This course puts that knowledge in plain language, and then hands you a better set of tools.

By the time you finish, you'll have something concrete in your hands: a written Family Discipline Blueprint — your own plan for how your home runs, what the limits are, how corrections happen, and how repair happens after conflict. It's yours. It reflects your values and your family. And it anchors everything you've learned.

You don't have to keep doing what was done to you. The cycle can stop with you. I built this course because I believe every parent who is willing to do this work deserves the knowledge and the practical tools to do it well. I'd be honored to walk through it with you.
