If you're reading this, there's a good chance you already know — in your body, not just your mind — that the work you want to do with people goes deeper than most training programs are willing to go.

Maybe you've sat across from a client and felt something shift in the room — a contraction, a held breath, a story that's clearly older than the one being told — and you didn't quite know what to do with it. Maybe you've been doing this work for years and you're good at it, but you sense there's a layer of somatic and nervous-system skill you haven't yet been formally trained in. Or maybe your own healing journey is what brought you here — and you're ready to turn that lived experience into a genuine clinical and ethical competency.

I built Safe Trauma Practice because I couldn't find a program that honored all of it at once: the body, the mind, the spirit, the ethics, the practitioner's own inner landscape, and the real-world complexity of how trauma actually shows up in coaching and healing spaces. I wanted something rigorous enough to be credible, and warm enough to be survivable. Something that didn't skip past the hard parts or dress them up in toxic positivity. Something that built practitioners from the inside out — because you cannot guide a client to a place you haven't been willing to visit yourself.

This program will ask something of you. It will ask you to look at your own core stories and nervous system patterns before it asks you to hold anyone else's. It will ask you to learn the difference between feelings and emotions, between mindset work and autonomic regulation, between spiritual growth and spiritual bypassing. It will ask you to get precise — about your scope of practice, your boundaries, your emergency protocols, your use of self as a practitioner.

And in return, it will give you something most training programs don't: a full-bodied, step-by-step methodology you can actually use in the room. The Safe Embodiment Method. The 6 R's of Transformation. Polyvagal-informed co-regulation. Parts Work and Inner Child Reparenting. A trauma-informed toolbox that is both clinically grounded and deeply human.

You don't have to be perfect to do this work. You have to be willing, skilled, boundaried, and honest. If that's who you're becoming — or who you already are — I'd be honored to train alongside you.
