Who it's for

Is this you?

Parents of young children

Because knowing infant CPR and choking response isn't optional when you're the first person your child will ever count on.

Teachers & school staff

Because a classroom full of kids means you need to recognize emergencies fast and act correctly before help arrives.

Coaches & youth sports leaders

Because cardiac events and injuries can happen on any field, and you're the adult in charge when they do.

Family caregivers

Because caring for an aging parent or a loved one with health conditions means being prepared for heart attacks, strokes, and falls.

Workplace safety leads

Because every office, warehouse, or job site needs someone who can run a first aid kit, coordinate a 911 call, and keep colleagues calm.

Grandparents & older caregivers

Because spending time with grandchildren is more joyful — and safer — when you know exactly what to do in an emergency.

Tracy Burke

I want to ask you something honestly: if an emergency happened right now — in your kitchen, your classroom, your office — would you know what to do?\n\nMost people I talk to say the same thing: "I'd want to help, but I wouldn't know where to start." That feeling of wanting to act but not knowing how is exactly why I built this course. Because the gap between wanting to help and actually being able to help is smaller than you think — it just takes someone walking you through it calmly and clearly.\n\nI created Save a Life because emergency training has always felt more intimidating than it needed to be. Dense manuals. Clinical language. Scenarios that feel more like a test than a lesson. None of that serves someone who just wants to be ready for their family, their students, or their team. So I stripped all of that away. Every lesson in this course is built around one question: what does a regular person need to know, in plain language, to act with confidence right now?\n\nYou'll start by learning how to think under pressure — including what Good Samaritan laws actually mean for you when you step in to help. From there, you'll learn to recognize the warning signs of a heart attack, stroke, and cardiac arrest, because knowing what you're looking at is half the battle. Then we get hands-on: CPR for adults, children, and infants; how to use an AED step by step; and first aid for the emergencies most likely to happen in real life — severe bleeding, burns, broken bones, choking, and severe allergic reactions. We close by making sure you have the right supplies at home and at work, and a clear plan to keep your skills fresh.\n\nThis isn't about becoming a paramedic. It's about being the calm, capable person in the room when every second counts. I'll be with you every step of the way — no jargon, no judgment, just clear guidance and the genuine belief that you can do this. I hope you'll join me.
