Give yourself permission to say no
A warm, practical course for chronic people-pleasers — learn to read your own signals, find words that feel like yours, and hold your limits without guilt eating you alive.

I'm not here to hand you a script — I'm here to help you find your own words, and then trust yourself enough to use them.

Who it's for
Is this you?
The family peacekeeper
She keeps the holidays running, manages everyone's feelings, and never says what she actually needs — this course is her permission slip to stop.
The workplace yes-person
He takes on every extra project, never pushes back on unreasonable asks, and is quietly burning out — this course helps him communicate limits at work without torpedoing relationships.
The over-explaining apologizer
She justifies every decision before anyone even asks, and this course teaches her she doesn't owe anyone a five-paragraph explanation for choosing herself.
The lifelong caregiver
Decades of putting others first have made her needs feel invisible even to herself — this course helps her recognize her limits before she reaches empty.
The guilt-ridden boundary-setter
He knows what he needs to say but collapses the moment someone looks disappointed — this course helps him sit with the discomfort and hold steady anyway.
The high-pressure relationship navigator
Setting limits has felt genuinely unsafe in her relationships, and this course meets her exactly there — with honesty, care, and guidance on knowing when to reach for more support.

Sacred Rebellion with Heather Wilson
If you're here, I'm guessing you're tired.
Not just physically tired — though that's probably part of it — but tired in the way that comes from spending years making sure everyone around you is okay while quietly hoping someone will finally notice that you're not. You've said yes to things you didn't have the energy for. You've overexplained decisions that were yours to make. You've felt guilty for wanting something different, and then felt guilty for feeling guilty. And somewhere underneath all of it, there's this small, exhausted voice asking: Is it okay if I just... don't?
Yes. It is okay.
But I also know that knowing it's okay and feeling like it's okay are two very different things. That gap — between understanding you're allowed to have needs and actually believing it in the moment when someone's looking at you expectantly — is what this course is really about. We're going to start at the beginning: not with scripts, not with a list of power phrases, but with honest curiosity about where your patterns came from. Because when you understand why saying no has felt so hard — or even dangerous — it stops feeling like a character flaw and starts feeling like something you can actually work with.
From there, we'll move into the practical part. You'll learn to read the signals you might have been trained to ignore: the resentment, the dread, the low-grade exhaustion that shows up when you've been saying yes for too long. You'll explore what limits actually look like in real conversations — with your family, your colleagues, your friends, and yourself — and you'll find language that sounds like you, not like a self-help textbook. And then we'll do the part most courses skip: what happens after you say no. The guilt, the pushback, the person who goes quiet or argues or tries again. That's where the real practice is, and I don't want you to be alone in it.
I want to be honest with you: this course won't make saying no easy. It might never feel easy. But it can feel possible — and then, with practice, it can feel like yours. You don't have to change everything. You just have to start somewhere. I'll be here for all of it.
