Run Scrum smarter with AI in your corner
Practical prompt engineering and GenAI workflows built around the ceremonies you already run — so you spend less time on admin and more time unblocking your team.

Your judgment stays in the room — AI just handles the paperwork that was eating it alive.

Jaco van Dam
Here's a situation you've probably been in: you walk out of a two-hour sprint planning session, your brain is fried, and you still have a meeting summary, three stakeholder pings, and an impediment log update waiting for you. You do all of it because it's your job — but none of it is actually the job. The job is helping your team move faster and work better together. The admin is just the tax you pay to do it. I built Scrum AI Lab because I got tired of paying that tax. I started running experiments with GenAI tools inside my own SM practice — not the flashy use cases you see in conference decks, but the unglamorous ones: drafting user story splits during refinement, pulling themes from retro notes, generating capacity summaries before planning, writing status updates that stakeholders would actually read. Some experiments flopped. A lot of them worked. I kept what worked, refined the prompts, and built them into repeatable workflows.
What I found is that the gap isn't the technology — the tools are accessible, and most of them have a free tier. The gap is knowing how to prompt for your specific context, how to spot when the output is subtly wrong (and it will be, sometimes), and how to bring your team along without creating a new source of chaos. Those are Scrum Master problems, and they need Scrum Master answers. That's why every lesson in this course is grounded in the ceremonies and workflows you already live in. I also want to be straight with you about what this course is not: it's not a hype reel, and it's not going to promise that AI replaces your judgment. Your judgment is the most valuable thing in the room. What AI can do is handle the drafting, the summarising, the formatting, and the pattern-spotting — so your judgment gets applied to things that actually need it. If you're ready to stop doing the ceremony overhead manually and start leading with an edge that most SMs on your floor haven't picked up yet, you're in the right place. Let's build that playbook together.
