I created Seasons & Sprouts because that gap — between loving Montessori and feeling equipped to actually live it at home — is the exact place where so many wonderful, capable parents get stuck. Not because they lack dedication or creativity. But because most Montessori resources are either written for trained teachers in a classroom setting, or they're beautiful Instagram aesthetics with no real substance underneath. Here's what I want you to know about how this works. We start with the foundations — not as a box to check, but because understanding the absorbent mind, the sensitive periods, and the principle that "the hands are the tools of the child" will genuinely change how you see every ordinary moment of your day. Then we move into how to actually teach — how to present a three-period lesson, how to introduce practical life, sensorial, language, and math work in a way that feels natural and unhurried. And then we spend a full year moving through the seasons together: apple harvests and seed sorting in autumn, snow and ice science in winter, planting and soil study in spring. Every week is themed, every plan is ready, and every activity is built around what you already have at home.

I also want to gently address the thing I hear most often: "I'm worried I'm going to do it wrong." Friend, Montessori is not a performance.
