Spoke 1 & 2 — Vision and Communication

Great execution collapses without a clear destination and the communication to make it real. This module builds the two most outward-facing spokes in sequence: first crafting the vision (the 'what and why'), then developing the communication skills to transmit it compellingly, and finally equipping leaders to hold that vision steady when the environment shifts. Vision and communication are paired because one without the other is inert — a vision unspoken changes nothing.

Resilience is placed first because without it, neither presence nor influence is sustainable under real pressure. A new lesson on Influence Without Authority is added here to close the gap between the course outcomes and the original draft, which did not include sufficient activities on cross-functional and upward influence.
