You're not too much. You're just too tired of carrying it alone.

She's Not Crazy is where women finally name what they've been silently holding — and trade the exhausting performance of "I'm fine" for real healing, real rest, and a life that actually belongs to them.

She's Not Crazy

"I built this school because 'you're so strong' should never be the reason a woman suffers in silence."Timothy Atunnise

What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Accurately name and articulate the emotional, mental, and invisible labor you have been silently carrying so it loses its hidden power over you.
  • Dismantle the stigma, shame, and harmful labels that have kept you from seeking help and replace them with self-compassion and honest self-understanding.
  • Identify your invisible wounds — childhood injuries, grief, betrayal, and caregiving trauma — and understand how unhealed pain surfaces in daily life.
  • Recognize your personal signs of anxiety, burnout, depression, and people-pleasing before they reach a breaking point, and know exactly when and how to seek professional support.
  • Set firm, loving boundaries, release false guilt and responsibility, and permanently break the cycle of rescuing others at the expense of yourself.
  • Build a personalized healing lifestyle — including rest practices, emotional regulation tools, supportive relationships, and a concrete 30-day plan — that sustains your wholeness beyond survival mode.

Timothy Atunnise

I want to start by saying something I wish someone had said to me a long time ago: you are not too sensitive, too emotional, too needy, or too broken. You are a woman who has been asked — by life, by people, by systems that were never designed with you in mind — to carry far more than any one person should carry. And you have done it. Quietly, competently, with a smile when you could manage one.

I know what that costs. I know how it feels to be the one who holds everything together while something inside you slowly comes apart. I know the particular exhaustion of always being "fine." I know the shame that comes with struggling when everyone around you depends on your strength. And I know how disorienting it is to realize that the coping strategies that kept you afloat for years are no longer working — and you don't know what to reach for instead.

That is exactly why I built She's Not Crazy. Not as a collection of clinical tools handed down from a safe distance, but as the honest, warm, unflinching conversation I wanted to have — the one that names what's really happening, without making you feel worse about it. This school walks through everything: the invisible labor that drains you before the day even starts, the childhood wounds you learned to minimize, the grief you never had space to process, the anxiety that looks like productivity, the depression that looks like fatigue, and the people-pleasing that looks like kindness but is quietly costing you everything.

I want you to know: this isn't about adding more to your plate. It isn't about fixing yourself because you're broken. It's about finally seeing yourself clearly — the full, real, complicated, beautiful picture — and building a life from that honest ground. The section on releasing what was never yours to carry? That one alone has the power to change the way you wake up in the morning. The 30-day healing plan isn't a rigid program; it's a map you draw yourself, one that fits your actual life.

You've spent long enough making yourself smaller, quieter, more manageable. This is the place where you get to take up the space you were always meant to occupy. I am so glad you're here. Let's begin.
