Lead at the Frontier of the Space Economy
Space Executive Academy is the rigorous credential program built for senior leaders who must translate aerospace innovation, international governance, and commercial strategy into decisive executive action — starting now, not a decade from now.

"The executives who will define the space economy aren't just technically fluent — they govern with precision, partner across borders, and answer to their boards with clarity."— Pauline Brown Smith, EdD

Pauline Brown Smith, EdD
If you are reading this, you already understand the stakes. The commercial space economy is not a future projection — it is a present reality that is reorganizing industrial policy, international law, national security, and capital markets simultaneously. And the question facing senior leaders in this sector is not whether the transformation is happening. The question is whether you have the strategic architecture to lead through it with precision, authority, and accountability.
I built Space Executive Academy because executive education in the space sector has historically been too narrow. Technical programs that ignore governance. Policy programs that cannot speak the language of a P&L. Leadership courses that treat aerospace as a metaphor rather than a domain with its own physics, its own treaty obligations, its own export control regimes, and its own board-level risk vocabulary. Senior leaders in this sector need all of it — integrated, rigorous, and immediately applicable.
This program is structured around what I have found to be the actual operating demands of executives at the frontier of the space economy: the ability to build an innovation roadmap that connects launch systems and advanced propulsion to enterprise strategy; the fluency to navigate ITAR, orbital debris policy, and cybersecurity frameworks without outsourcing every judgment to legal counsel; the capacity to structure international partnerships with governance agreements that actually hold; and the discipline to bring all of it before a board in a language that commands confidence. The capstone is not a reflection paper. It is a portfolio you present and defend — because that is what accountability looks like at this level.
I want to be direct about what this program is not. It is not designed to introduce you to space for the first time. It is designed for leaders who are already operating in or adjacent to this sector and who need to close the gap between where they are and where the frontier demands they be. If you are that leader, I built this for you.
The commercial space economy will be shaped by the decisions of a relatively small number of executive leaders over the next decade. The governance frameworks they build, the international partnerships they structure, the risk registers they bring to their boards, and the innovation roadmaps they commit to — these will define the architecture of humanity's next industrial era. I invite you to be among those who shape it with rigor, integrity, and strategic command.
