Know yourself from the inside out
A serious, guided study of Rudolf Steiner's spiritual psychology — from the fourfold human being to karma, initiation, and meditative practice — rooted in primary texts and brought back, always, to your living inner experience.

I want this work to meet you in your thinking, move through your feeling, and ask something real of your will — because that is exactly what Steiner himself demands of the path.

Theoria
If you've found your way here, I'd guess you already know the particular frustration of Steiner's work: you sense its depth, you catch glimpses of something extraordinarily coherent, and then — the terminology closes back over, or the sheer volume of lectures and books makes it impossible to know where to press. Or perhaps you've been reading for years, and what you're looking for now is not more material, but genuine integration. Something that holds thinking and feeling and willing together, as Steiner himself always insisted they must be.
I built The Steiner Path because I couldn't find what I wanted either. I wanted a course that took the ideas seriously as ideas — that didn't soften Steiner's precision or reduce his spiritual science to inspirational sound bites — but that also never lost sight of the reason any of us come to this work in the first place: the quiet, persistent desire to understand what a human life actually is, and how to live one more consciously. The curriculum we move through together is organised around primary texts. We work with Steiner's own words, not just descriptions of them. And we practice — actually practice — the concentration and meditative exercises he wrote down with such care.
One thing I want to be honest about: this is not a casual course. Steiner didn't offer a casual path, and I don't think it would serve you to pretend otherwise. But 'rigorous' doesn't mean cold, and 'demanding' doesn't mean inaccessible. Every section is paced for the person who is new to a concept, and every concept is brought back to lived experience — to what you can actually observe in your own thinking, your own biography, your own inner life. The fourfold human constitution is not a doctrine to memorise; it is a set of instruments you learn to use on yourself.
The inclusion of Jung is deliberate and, I think, important. A significant number of serious seekers move between these two worlds — Steiner's Anthroposophy and Jungian depth psychology — and the conversation between them is usually either avoided or handled superficially. In the final part of this school, we put them in genuine dialogue: the Guardian of the Threshold and the Jungian shadow, the path of initiation and the arc of individuation. The parallels are real. So are the differences. We look at both honestly.
If you are ready to engage Steiner's work with the full force of your thinking, your feeling life, and your willingness to look inward — I would be genuinely glad to have you here. The path is long. But it begins with a single, careful step, and that is exactly what this school is designed to help you take.
