The post-breakup rebuilder

Grieving the end of a significant relationship and struggling with the identity loss and loneliness that come with it.

Years out from a loss and wondering why it still hits so hard — ready to understand grief's timeline without shame or self-judgment.

The isolated supporter

Feeling alone in their grief because the people around them don't understand, and needing both community and communication tools.

If you're here, something has changed — and the version of your life you knew before is no longer the one you're living in. Maybe the loss is recent and everything still feels raw and surreal. Maybe it happened a while ago and you're confused about why it still feels this heavy. Maybe you can't even fully name what you've lost, only that something essential is gone.

I want you to know: I built this school because I believe grief deserves more than a pamphlet, a single session, or the gentle suggestion to "give it time." Time alone doesn't heal grief. What actually helps is having a way to understand what's happening inside you, a set of honest tools to work with the pain, and the quiet reassurance that you are not doing this wrong.

Everything in this school is grounded in how grief actually behaves — not the tidy five-stage model most of us grew up hearing about, but the real, messy, nonlinear, body-level experience of losing something that mattered. We'll look at what loss does to your brain and nervous system, why isolation is almost always a feature of grief rather than a personal failing, and how to build daily practices that hold your pain without making it the only thing in your life. We'll also spend real time on the parts of grief that rarely get discussed: the secondary losses, the triggers you never see coming, the exhausting work of figuring out who you are now that the thing that anchored part of your identity is gone.

I won't rush you, and I won't offer you false comfort. What I will offer you is structure, honesty, and tools that meet you exactly where you are. You don't need to be ready to feel better. You only need to be willing to be accompanied.

Come as you are. There is room for all of it here.
