The Peptide Market & Legal Landscape
Establishes the essential foundation every seller needs before touching a product or supplier. Students learn what peptides are from a commercial perspective, how global and local regulations govern their sale, and how to translate that knowledge into a legally defensible product catalog. This module must come first because every downstream decision — sourcing, branding, claims, pricing — is constrained by jurisdiction and compliance.
- 1.1Peptides 101 for SellersIncluded
- 1.2Regulatory Frameworks & Jurisdiction MappingIncluded
- 1.3Building a Compliant Product CatalogComing soon
Sourcing, Suppliers & Quality Control
With a compliant catalog defined, students now build the supply chain behind it. They learn to identify, vet, and negotiate with manufacturers and raw-material suppliers, understand what quality documentation to demand, and establish ongoing quality-control processes — all prerequisites for building a brand that can defend itself legally and reputationally.
- 2.1Finding Reputable Manufacturers & Raw-Material SuppliersComing soon
- 2.2Quality Control, Testing & DocumentationComing soon
- 2.3Negotiating Terms, MOQs & Supplier RelationshipsComing soon
Brand Building & Product Line Design
With legal and supply foundations in place, students now build the customer-facing side of the business. This module covers niche positioning, brand identity, packaging, and how to sequence a product line for launch — moving from strategy through creative execution. Prerequisites from Modules 1 and 2 ensure that brand promises are grounded in what can actually be sourced and legally claimed.

- 3.2Naming, Visual Identity & PackagingComing soon
- 3.3Product Line Architecture & Launch SequencingComing soon
E-Commerce Storefront & Compliant Operations
Translates brand and product decisions into a functioning, compliant online business. Students select and configure their platform, write legally sound copy, solve the high-risk payment-processing challenge unique to the peptide industry, and build the fulfillment and customer-experience infrastructure to deliver orders reliably. This module is placed after branding because platform and copy decisions are downstream of brand identity and product line.

- 4.2Compliant Copy, Claims & DisclaimersComing soon
- 4.3Payment Processing, Banking & High-Risk Merchant AccountsComing soon
- 4.4Fulfillment, Inventory & Customer ExperienceComing soon
Customer Acquisition & Community Growth
With a live, compliant storefront, students now drive traffic and build an audience. This module covers the unique content marketing, community, and influencer strategies that work in the peptide space given platform advertising restrictions — filling the gap left by the near-impossibility of running mainstream paid social ads for this category.

- 5.3Community Building & Forum MarketingComing soon
- 5.4Influencer Partnerships & Ambassador ProgramsComing soon
Pricing, Margins & Scaling Profitably

Randi Heisler
If you're looking at the peptide and performance wellness market and thinking "there's a real business here, but I don't know where to start" — you're in the right place. And if you've already started and hit a wall with compliance questions, supplier headaches, or payment processors shutting you down — also the right place.
This market is genuinely compelling. High margins, a growing and engaged customer base, and a category that most mainstream supplement brands aren't positioned to serve well. But it's also a space where the wrong move — a non-compliant claim, an unvetted supplier, a misconfigured storefront — can cost you your merchant account, your inventory investment, or worse. Most people entering this space are either winging it or getting advice from people who've never actually built one of these businesses. I built this school to fix that.
What I teach isn't theory. It's the actual operational playbook: how to map your legal environment before you build your catalog, how to vet a supplier and what documentation to demand, how to write product copy that converts without triggering a compliance violation, how to get and keep a payment processor in a high-risk category, and how to build the kind of brand that earns repeat customers instead of chasing one-time buyers. The curriculum covers every layer of the business, in the sequence a real operator would encounter it.
I'm not going to promise you this is easy or that the compliance landscape is simple — it isn't, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What I can tell you is that the operators who do this right, who build compliance into the foundation instead of bolting it on later, who understand their unit economics before they scale — those are the ones who build durable, profitable businesses. That's what this school teaches. If that's the outcome you're after, let's get to work.
