This module applies to all three client groups and is deliberately positioned after each client has built their individual pivot strategy. Why? Because shedding stagnant relationships and building a new inner circle is most powerful — and most necessary — once a client knows who they are becoming. Doing this work too early risks clients either holding onto old circles out of uncertainty or building a new circle around a version of themselves they have not yet clarified. This module addresses recognition of energy-draining patterns, the grief of outgrowing people, the construction of a supportive Pivot Circle, and the establishment of non-negotiable personal boundaries.

HAMIS Principle S (Shine Your Light, You May Inspire Someone) is the governing principle of this module, but all five principles are revisited as a closing integration exercise.
