I see you. The Village Griots was born from the conviction that healing and entrepreneurship are not opposites — they are partners. That your story, your culture, and your faith are not liabilities to manage on a business call; they are the very source of your authority in the room. The griot tradition understood this. The griot did not just entertain — they preserved identity, transmitted wisdom, and held the community's memory with precision and care. That is the lineage we are building on here.

Inside this school, you will move through six interconnected modules that take you from deep inner work — trauma-informed self-awareness, faith alignment, values architecture — all the way through launching a coaching practice using Jungian and CBT frameworks, self-publishing a book through a complete author-to-market workflow, producing a podcast or media brand, displaying and selling your art, and building sustainable revenue streams anchored in digital tools and AI. Nothing is theoretical for the sake of being theoretical. Every framework is something you can use — with yourself first, and then with the people you are called to serve.

I also want to speak plainly about something: this school was built with underrepresented communities at the center of the table, not as an afterthought. The affirmation of your culture is not a soft addition here — it is structural. The language, the frameworks, the community — all of it was designed so that you never have to translate yourself to belong. You already belong. You always did.
