Learn to gather people around something that matters
The Circle Starter walks you through every step — from shaping your why and designing your ritual arc, to filling the room, facilitating real connection, and building a model others can replicate in their own cities.

"A circle only needs one thing to begin: someone willing to hold the center — and I'm here to make sure that someone is ready."
— TheMindfulWonderer

The coach ready to convene
She's been working one-on-one for years and knows her clients need each other — this gives her the structure to bring them into a room that actually transforms.
The community activist
He's done rallies and Slack groups, but craves spaces where the movement slows down enough to build real belonging — and now he can design one.
The healer without a hub
She holds people's pain in her practice every day and is ready to create a recurring circle where her community can hold each other.
The creative who connects
He's always been the one who gathers people — now he wants a repeatable format that makes those gatherings intentional, consistent, and self-sustaining.
The seasoned connector
She's hosted dinner parties and informal meetups for decades and is finally ready to formalize her gift into a replicable circle model that outlasts her calendar.
The first-time founder
She's newer to her city and wants to build her own community from scratch — this curriculum is the step-by-step beginning she's been looking for.

A note from your teacher
TheMindfulWonderer
If you're reading this, I suspect you've been quietly imagining it for a while — a room, maybe someone's living room or a borrowed community space, where people actually talk to each other. Where they put down the performance and say the thing they've been carrying. Where they leave feeling less alone than when they walked in.
And I also suspect you've been hesitating. Maybe you've told yourself you don't have enough people yet, or you're not a trained facilitator, or you're not sure what the circle would even be. Maybe you've started planning it a dozen times and stopped at the invitation step because that's where it started to feel too real. I want you to know: that hesitation is not a sign that you're not ready. It's a sign that you understand the weight of what you're trying to do, and you don't want to do it carelessly.
That's exactly why I built The Circle Starter the way I did. Not as a loose collection of hosting tips, but as a complete, grounded system — from the inside out. We begin with your why and your story, because a circle without a clear soul at the center tends to drift. Then we move into the craft: how to design a ritual arc that creates genuine transformation in a single gathering, how to invite people in a way that honors them, how to hold the room when it gets tender or tense or terrifyingly quiet. And then we build outward — into sustainability, into replication, into the possibility that what you start in your city could ripple into someone else's.
I won't promise you this is easy. Holding space for people is real work, and some of the most important lessons in this curriculum are the ones about what to do when things go sideways — because they will, eventually, and that's not a failure. It's just what it means to work with human beings. What I will promise is that by the time you finish, you will have something concrete: a format that is yours, a plan that is workable, and enough practice with the hard scenarios that you'll walk into your first circle grounded instead of terrified.
The world has enough content and not enough community. You already know how to care about people. Let me help you build the container that lets that care actually land. I hope to see you inside.
