That's why I built the Growth Academy. Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading in ministry, on platforms, and inside organizations — and what I've learned again and again is that lasting leadership starts on the inside. It starts with knowing who you are before you worry about what you do. Identity before authority. Self-awareness before strategy. When you get that foundation right, everything else — the communication, the team culture, the systems, the delegation — becomes not just possible but sustainable.

Every month, we show up together — new training, new challenges, and live coaching where you can bring the actual pressure you're under and work through it in community with other serious leaders.
