A note from your teacher
Rabiah Abdussabur
If you've ever held someone's foot in your hands and felt — intuitively — that there was more you could do, you're already closer to reflexology than you think.
Maybe you're a massage therapist who wants to offer something more focused and intentional in your sessions. Maybe you're a caregiver who wants a gentle, non-invasive way to bring comfort and ease to someone you love. Or maybe you've received reflexology yourself and felt something shift — a release of tension, a quiet settling of the nervous system — and you thought: I want to be able to give that to someone else.
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that reflexology is a learnable, teachable, deeply practical skill. It's not mystical, and it's not complicated once the maps and mechanics click into place. What I've built in this school is a clear, grounded path through everything you genuinely need — from the theory of zone therapy and how the nervous system makes sense of what we do, all the way through to delivering a full professional session and setting up a practice around it.
We don't skip the science, because understanding why reflexology works is what gives you confidence when a client asks. We don't skip the safety, because working with real bodies carries real responsibility. And we don't skip the business side, because skill without a framework to share it tends to stay on the shelf. Every part of this curriculum exists for a reason — to take you from interested to genuinely capable.
I built this school because I believe reflexology deserves to be practiced well and shared widely. The world needs more people who know how to bring calm, attentive, evidence-informed care through their hands. I hope you'll let this be your starting point — or your next step.
