The Rewrite

You were never lost. You were just overdue for your own attention.Jenn Fast

What you'll learn

What you'll be able to do

  • Name what's been making you feel heavy, in words you can say out loud.
  • Put down at least one "should" that was never yours to carry.
  • Know your top values well enough to make a hard decision with them.
  • Say no without writing three paragraphs to justify it.
  • Catch yourself sliding back into performing "fine," and know what to do about it.
  • Walk away with a written vision for your next chapter, and the practices that keep you near it.

How it works

The Rewrite meets you where you are

This isn't a stack of videos you'll feel guilty about not finishing. Every lesson is written for you, on the day you open it.

It starts where you are

A few gentle questions at the beginning, so the course meets your season instead of a generic one. No test, no score, no right answer.

It moves at your pace

Every lesson is written for where you are the day you open it. Go slowly. Skip around. Nothing breaks.

You're not doing it alone

Your AI coach is there when a lesson stirs something up, and still there three weeks later when you're ready to come back. Ask anything.

Jenn Fast

Jenn Fast

I spent thirty years being the person who held everything together. The last ten of those were in executive support, in tech and biotech. My job, more or less, was making sure everyone else's world stayed upright. I was good at it. I was the one you called when things were falling apart. It never once occurred to me to wonder who I'd call. Then my body made the decision for me. Burnout first, and then a health scare, which is a very polite way of saying I got frightened enough to finally stop. Here's what I found when I stopped: I didn't know what I wanted. Not in a dramatic way. In a quiet, embarrassing way. You could have asked me what I wanted for dinner and I'd have said "whatever's easiest." I had performed "fine" for so long that I'd convinced everyone. Including me. So I rebuilt. Not with a five-year plan, because I didn't have one. I started with my health, because that was the emergency. Then came the harder part. The honest look. Working out which of the things I'd been carrying were actually mine, and which ones I'd simply never put down. The work and the life came back into focus last, and only then did they hold. The Rewrite is the path I wish I'd had while I was doing that. Five steps, in the order I learned they have to go. See where you are. Put down what was never yours. Find out what you actually value. Move before you feel ready. Then build something that holds. I want to be honest about what this is and isn't. It isn't therapy. It isn't a plan for your life handed to you by someone who has never met you. And it won't be finished in a weekend, because you are not a project. It's a structure. A gentle one. It asks you to tell the truth about where you are, and then it walks with you from there. You can go slowly. You can stop for three weeks and come back. Nothing breaks. If you've read this far, something in it landed. That's not nothing. That's the fog thinning slightly, which is exactly how this starts. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not too late. Come and find out what you actually want. -Jenn
