Who it's for
Is this you?
The faithful but exhausted
She loves her faith deeply but carries a quiet weariness — guilt, worry, and grief she's never quite been given tools to process, not just pray about.
The grief-carrier
He's lost someone or something significant and is wrestling with a grief that doesn't follow anyone else's timeline — and wants both permission and a path forward.
The high-achieving people-pleaser
She's competent, capable, and quietly weighed down by shame, comparison, and a nagging sense that she's never quite enough — no matter what she accomplishes.
The forgiveness skeptic
He knows he's supposed to forgive but can't quite get there — and needs someone to honestly separate forgiveness from reconciliation before he can take the first step.
The purpose-seeker
She senses a calling she hasn't stepped into yet and wonders whether her deepest wounds might actually be pointing toward her greatest contribution.
The anxiety-filled believer
He knows the 'be anxious for nothing' verse by heart and is frustrated that knowing it isn't the same as living it — and is ready for integrated, practical tools.

Ron Roseberry
If you're here, I have a feeling you're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
Maybe you've prayed the same prayer about the same burden so many times that it's starting to feel less like faith and more like a loop. Maybe you've read the verses about casting your anxiety on God and thought, I believe that — so why can't I actually do it? Maybe grief is living in you like a houseguest who never announced a departure date. Or maybe you've quietly been carrying something you don't even have a name for — just a heaviness that shows up in your chest, your sleep, your relationships, and the way you talk to yourself when no one's listening.
I designed this course because I've been in that place. And I've spent years sitting with others in it — in pastoral care, in coaching conversations, in the messy middle of faith and real life. What I found, over and over, is that people don't lack faith. They lack tools. They know what Scripture says. They just don't always know how to close the gap between knowing it and living it. That's where evidence-based coaching comes in — not to replace Scripture, but to help you actually use it.
The Weights We Carry is the course I wish I'd had. It's organized around the specific burdens that drain the most people the most quietly: guilt, fear, grief, unforgiveness, shame, anxiety, and the ache of a purpose that feels out of reach. Each day, we open the Bible — not for platitudes, but for honest, contextual truth. And then we pick up a coaching tool and we practice. A reframe. A release letter. A grounding exercise. A lament written out in your own words. Real things you can do, in your body and on the page, to begin putting each weight down.
By Day 7, you won't just have worked through seven burdens. You'll have built a personal Release Ritual practice — something you can return to whenever life loads something new onto your shoulders — and you'll have completed a Burden-to-Purpose Map that helps you see how the very thing that's weighed you down the most might be the thing you were most uniquely shaped to offer the world.
I won't promise you that this course makes everything easy. But I will promise you this: it's honest, it's grounded, it's practical, and it's built for exactly where you are right now. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be willing to set something down.
I'm so glad you're here. Let's begin.
