Who it's for

Is this you?

The recently heartbroken

You're in the thick of it after a breakup or loss and want more than just time — you want a real path through.

The chronic people-pleaser

You've spent years shrinking yourself to keep others close, and you're finally ready to understand why — and stop.

The self-aware overthinker

You know all the right things to say about your healing, but knowing and feeling it are still miles apart.

The guarded re-entrant

You're starting to date or connect again after time alone, but fear and old patterns are quietly running the show.

The childhood-wound carrier

The hurt didn't start with a recent relationship — it goes back further, and you're ready to trace it to its roots.

The high-achiever who can't outrun it

You're successful by almost every measure, but rejection still hits disproportionately hard and you know it's time to address that.

If you're here, something hurt you. Maybe recently, maybe years ago — but it's still with you in a way you can't quite shake. It shows up in how quickly you brace for the worst in relationships. In the way a single dismissive comment can undo an entire good day. In the quiet voice that says you're too much, or not enough, or people always leave — a voice that sounds so familiar you've started to mistake it for the truth.

I want you to know: I understand that place. And I also know — because I've seen it over and over again — that it is not a permanent address.

The reason I built Whole Again is because I kept noticing a gap. There's a lot of content out there about surviving heartbreak and rejection. Not nearly enough about actually healing from it — in a way that reaches the nervous system, not just the mind. Real healing isn't about getting over it faster or learning to mask the pain with better coping strategies. It's about understanding what your wounds are actually doing to your body, your beliefs, and your behavior — and then working with that, patiently and honestly, until you feel like yourself again. Not a tougher, more guarded version of yourself. Yourself — open, grounded, at home in your own skin.

What you'll find in this school is a full arc of healing, not a collection of tips. We start where healing actually has to start — in your body, with your nervous system — because no amount of mindset work lands when your system is still in survival mode. From there, we go into the belief systems and personal narratives that rejection writes for us, and we do the work of rewriting them — not with affirmations, but with honest, evidence-backed tools that actually change the story you're living by. And when you're ready, we work on re-entering connection: how to recognize healthy relationships, hold real boundaries, and show up as the whole person you're rebuilding, rather than a version of yourself still shaped by fear of being hurt again.

This isn't a quick fix. I won't pretend it is. But it is a real, structured, compassionate path — one you can walk at your own pace, without judgment, and without having to perform being further along than you actually are. The only thing I'll ask of you is honesty. The rest, we do together.

You've been carrying this long enough. You don't have to keep doing it alone.
