I started teaching this because I have spent years helping turn complex visions into something that can actually be built. Through leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, ministry, writing, speaking, and business development, I saw the same challenge repeatedly: people often carry valuable ideas, gifts, and vision, but lack the clarity, structure, strategy, or confidence to move them forward. That realization became part of the foundation for Building to Become®—a philosophy and movement centered on the idea that what we build matters, but so does who we become in the process. I began teaching to help close that gap—to equip people to recognize what they carry, build what their vision requires, and become capable of sustaining what they create.
